1. Our Copyright Policy
GoToUrl respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. GoToUrl complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the "DMCA") and will promptly respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
When we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the user who uploaded the content
- Terminate repeat infringers' accounts when appropriate
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted material has been uploaded to GoToUrl without your permission, you may submit a takedown notice. Your notice must include:

- URL or description of the infringing material on our site
- Your contact information (address, phone, email)
- Statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
- Statement that the information is accurate and you're authorized to act

- Provide specific URLs of infringing content
- Include your complete contact information
3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

4. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Description of the removed content and its location
- Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification
- Your contact information
- Statement consenting to jurisdiction of federal court
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
GoToUrl has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to GoToUrl and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
6. Good Faith Policy
We encourage copyright owners to work with us in good faith to address any concerns. Before filing a DMCA notice, please consider:
- Whether the use might be considered fair use
- Whether you have given permission for the use
- Whether the content is actually owned by you
